ABOUT
Lena Headey出生於英格蘭約克郡 Lena原來計畫做個美髮師 但年輕時她接觸了戲劇 在國家劇院的一次演出時被一位星探發現她 她很快參與了電影Waterland(1992) 此片擔任主角的是Jeremy Irons。她飾演瑪麗 一個promiscuous的十幾歲少年 據說成功的演出造就了她的另一promiscuous女僕的角色 那是Merchant Ivory出品的電影The Remains of the Day (1993)。主角是hristopher Reeve 和 Anthony Hopkins。
她在美國的首次亮相 是在倫敦拍攝的TV電影 MacGyver的Trail to Doomsday (1994)，隨之在迪士尼的電影The Jungle Book（1994）中出演Kitty。在Loved Up (1995) 中，Headey扮演a raver stoned on Ecstasy，在英國電視影集Band of Gold (1995)中演一位lesbian prostitute。參與的其他作品包括Mrs. Dalloway (1997)，合作的演員有Vanessa Redgrave。The Man with Rain in His Shoes (1998)有Penelope Cruz 。
在Onegin(1999)中演出Liv Tyler的姐妹之後2000年她與Kate Hudson和Joshua Jackson一起演出《Gossip致命八卦站》。同年，在Aberdeen中Headey擔任主角為她在布鲁塞爾電影節赢得了最佳女演員。Headey，現在住在倫敦，2005跟Johnny Cicco訂婚。2006年演出了《300壯士》從新讓大家注意起她獨特的氣質。希望她這次能真的出運！！我最喜歡是她電死人的雙眼～～～從致命八卦站開始。。。可以說是看著他長大的呢。。。ＣＣ
